I just got back from my first guitar lesson, and what can I say? It was awesome. My guitar teacher Darius is really fun, even the boring writing wasn’t so bad because of his jokes and live explanations. I have plenty of homework, and after I finish typing this post and my head stops hurting I’ll go grind the chords

So what can I say about the first day? Well I’m happy about the location of his studio, it’s about ~30min drive with public transport and the journey isn’t bad, he didn’t mock my randomly bought guitar, said it was good so I’m happy that I didn’t get ripped off.

Well the lesson went like this, he explained about the strings, we drew and wrote down some of the info down, after that we drew down the chords and he explained about tones. I think I learned alot more that I could’ve on my own, and I’m really happy that it isn’t all that expensive.
